Lynn blends the knowledge of a former professor of nursing education with the wisdom gained at the Harvard Deaconess Mind Body Medical Institute in Boston and mixes it with life experiences and her own brand of light-hearted optimism. Focused on optimum mind/body/spirit well-being, Lynn does keynotes, TV/radio appearances, retreats, consulting and personal coaching.
As a writer, Lynn is the author of over 100 published articles and monthly columns including for the National Wellness Association and Nursing Spectrum Magazine. She authored the audio book Dancing Gracefully with Life and is a contributing author to Laura Lagana’s book about caregivers - Touched by Angels of Mercy.
As a facilitator of learning Lynn has touched people through her keynotes, seminars, retreats and coaching. Formerly an adjunct professor teaching Women’s Wellness and Spirituality & Health at Saint Joseph’s College in Maine, Lynn writes and speaks about aliveness, working with people who want to release anxiety, anger and anguish, those who want to embrace, cherish and celebrate life.
Some of Lynn’s memberships include: the National Wellness Association, the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor, and the National Speakers Association.
Lynn serves up an antidote for the challenges of day-to-day business and life. After connecting with Lynn through her writing, speaking or holistic programs people in companies, schools, associations, or homes never see the world quite the same again and feel better.
